These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VetoSpam mobile application ("App") developed and published by Kaci R Calvaresi ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) rent, lease, or lend the App; (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose.
2. One-Time Purchase
VetoSpam is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or in-app purchases. Once purchased, you have a perpetual license to use the App on devices associated with your Apple ID, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy.
3. Permitted Use
VetoSpam is designed to help you block unwanted phone calls on your personal iPhone. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the numbers you choose to block.
You agree not to use the App to:
- Block calls in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with emergency services or 911 calls
- Engage in any activity that violates the rights of others
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the App will function uninterrupted or error-free; (b) the App will block all unwanted calls; (c) the App will be compatible with all future versions of iOS.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KACI R CALVARESI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. VetoSpam collects no personal data.
7. Updates and Changes
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may be required to continue using the App on newer versions of iOS. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Apple's Role
These Terms are between you and Kaci R Calvaresi, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to your relationship with Apple.
